How I Can Support You

I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties and life circumstances. Some of the areas I work with include:

Relationships
Break-ups, relationship difficulties and breakdown, separation and divorce, affairs, family conflict and estrangement.

Bereavement and loss
The many different experiences of grief, bereavement and loss, including the loss of a pet.

Anxiety and depression
Worry, anxious thoughts, feeling low, sadness and periods when life can feel particularly difficult.

Life changes and transitions
Menopause, midlife, becoming a parent, retirement and other periods of change or adjustment.

Meaning and purpose
Questions about what matters to you, the choices you’re making and how you want to live your life.

These are broad labels and can only say so much. We begin with whatever has brought you to therapy and what that means for you.

I adhere to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
You can read more about the BACP Ethical Framework on the BACP website.
